Healthy Living Requires Boundaries
Boundaries are a necessary part of life if you wish to maintain healthy patterns of living. Christian counselors in Indianapolis will emphasize the importance of this dynamic. Today, many people find themselves over worked, over involved, and over anxious about their decisions, responsibilities, and relationships with family and friends. When was the last time you said 'no' or made a decision based solely on what you wanted instead of what you thought others wanted? For some, doing this brings great anxiety. The anxiety can be caused by countless reasons depending on the person's history, relationships, family patterns of interaction, and level of self-esteem, but the important piece of the anxiety is that it exists and causes people to maintain unhealthy boundaries in their lives. If you find that you're struggling with boundaries in your life and are having difficultly trying any of the above suggestions, I encourage you to speak with a counselor who will help you discover what keeps you from maintaining healthy boundaries in your life.

I've added this article to my favorites bar because I want to read it again. I agree on a lot of the viewpoints you have written, but I feel the need to consider some aspects.
